How long will it take to receive my order?

Products that are in stock and ordered before 15:00 will be shipped by us the same working day via PostNL. If you have placed an order after 15:00, we will ship it the next day with PostNL.If you place an order over the weekend, we will ship it on Monday. Your order will usually be delivered to you the next day. However, PostNL may take longer. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. To be on the safe side, please take the extra delivery time into account when placing an order. If you have not received any information after 4 working days, please contact us. Other standard delivery times apply for deliveries outside the Netherlands: 3 to 7 working days within Europe and 5 to 12 working days outside Europe.

How expensive are the shipping costs?

For shipping within the Netherlands, you pay the standard rate of €4.90. Free shipping fir Orders above €50 WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS.

Different rates are charged for orders outside the Netherlands. The amount will be quoted at checkout, once you have entered the delivery address.

Can i pick up at location?

You can pick up your order at our location. You will automatically receive an email when you can pick up your order. If you order during the week you can pick up your order the next day between 12:00 and 17:00. . If you order on Friday to pick up at our location, you can come at Monday between 12:00 and 17:00.

Returns

Can I return products?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will then be credited the amount excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its labels and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot take back earrings. Sale items may not be returned. Personalised and engraved jewelry can’t be returned! 

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return costs from your home to the online shop are at your own expense.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@byperin.nl If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.

Jewelry

Do I have a guarantee on the jewellery?

Because the prices are as low as possible, unfortunately there are no guarantees on the jewellery. If you have received your jewellery broken or something breaks within 2 weeks, we can repair/replace it. It is your responsibility to inform us in good time within 2 weeks. If you do this after 2 weeks, we are not liable!

Are the jewelry waterproof?

We know how tempting it is to wear your jewelry all day, but we recommend you follow the following recommendations so you can enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible.

We offer jewelry in a variety of materials. You can find the specific material of each item in the product description. Our stainless steel pieces are fully waterproof and designed for everyday wear. We also carry jewelry made from 925 sterling silver with 18k gold plating. Please note that the gold plating may fade over time, especially with frequent exposure to water. To help maintain its color and shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water as much as possible.

Gold plated jewelry care:

Remove jewelry when showering, swimming and exercising. If gold-plated jewelry comes into contact with water or sweat, it will discolour more quickly. -Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and other cosmetics. - Store your jewelry separately and seal it in a jewelry box to prevent oxygen from entering. Over time, your jewelry will oxidise and lose its shine. This can be reduced by using a sealed jewelry box. It also depends on the acidity of your skin and how quickly your jewelry changes colour. Skin acidity is affected by factors such as food and sweating.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order is not shipped out yet, you can cancel or change your order. Please do this always within 10 hours. Email at customercare@byperin.nl

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via IDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal or Klarna (post-payment), among others.

What should I do if I have received a piece of jewelry broken?
